This is always the risk with pinkies. No matter how much DD we might do it is going to be a gamble. I have invested in promising OTC stocks, some for five years now, that have gone nowhere and are now essentially dead.

I looked over the ABVG quarterly report and see their financials are in poor shape. If they continue adding debt this company could come to an end quickly. But, the new CEO has been there for just one year and I am willing to wait longer and see if they can make this a going concern. If they make sound business decisions I see no reason why they can't at least improve the financials, but who knows. I don't see much change in the PPS for now.

Does anyone have any info. about the CEO that is not in his bio? Any insight or red flags we should know about? Its the CEO that will make or break this company and I really don't have a good handle on his ability to run a start-up company.

I have a little invested here and have no plans to add on more shares.
