If I was Kim I would call Ross as a witness.

But the question is - does Kim know what to look for in the company financials - how well did Ross et el hide the transactions.

I would first look at the Kalinsky note and see if the money was transferred into the company account or if it was a fake note that Ruppert was trying to collect.

I suspect money from Kalinsky never found it's way to the NGCG account. That would put a end to the Ruppert lawsuit.
