Why do these scammers think people will fall for that BS? Mineral tailings are tailings for a reason. Even in the "old days", the processors were able to recover just about all the minerals the first time. And anything that wasn't was reprocessed a long time ago when mineral prices were much, much, MUCH higher than they are now.
There is no tailings pile anywhere in the world that has any significant value of any kind. And certainly not in the billions, and certainly not enough to float a $600 million bond. And never from a non-SEC reporting dark penny stock.
ELGL is a scam. And a very obvious one.
