It never passed and you can't show us any info that says the inspector passed it. The inspector said the build and the empty rooms could pass if they fixed what was wrong. Now you seem to over look the "empty" rooms as in not one single piece of equipment needed to grow. Adding new equipment would have required all new inspections.

They even had a fake grow pod which was not up to scale and that failed inspection.

Now look at a real MMPR applicant/licensed company showing of their grow rooms
