Maybe Paul Parliament and Doug Brooks could give us an update! . Another failed venture and the waste of shares.

E) proprietary wholly owned technology... including precious metals and 'nutraceuticals

Mr. Allen Simon of New York, NY as its corporate advisor… assisting and guiding the GoldLand executives on completing ventures currently under consideration as well as long term future company growth… specific product developments for retail application in El Salvador and throughout Central/South America. These new product lines include potential online markets in North, South and Central American market places.
Yet another PIE IN THE SKY announcement that was never followed up on. But I'm sure millions of shares were issued for this non existant deal.
