But there is nothing criminal about that. Gill owns 18% of the shares so he has something to gain from stock price appreciation. By my calculations (which could be wrong), insiders own 75% of the shares. Though it seems like Gill is more focused on getting his salary, I believe/hope/wish/imagine at some point the company might be worth much more than the stock prices currently reflects.
