If someone was concerned about a shareholder lawsuit could they mitigate that risk by reverse splitting the stock down to 6M shares and buy it all back for 5 cents per share eliminating liability for $300k? There has to be a reason for the last minute reverse split and bottomless offer of 5 cents. I've done enough reading to be very puzzled by the bottomless bid. I've tried out other explanations and can't make any fit with the Safend claim being so large. Any other thoughts on the nonstop buying? I spoke with Catalyst and they did not offer any suggestions of hidden value.
