Don't include me in that "we". I've traded over 600 OTC's in the past 5 years and I can't tell you without a doubt there is absolutely no dilution going on right now. That is why there was peanut volume at the all time low. It's also why we were able to see an .10 hit briefly a couple weeks back. It's why 07 is on the ASK right now.
It's not rocket science, you compare the daily volume since the R/S with the historical volume from the last 2 years and it's totally obvious.
