The rumor mill has pretty much been stifled as far as I'm aware. All communications from Auryn are being channeled through Kevin who knows from 20+ years' experience how important it is to deliver reliable public communication from Auryn so that shareholders are aware of current events and can act accordingly.

The shareholders' meeting is the opportunity for all shareholders to face management of both companies and ask whatever they want to in an open and unfiltered setting. Anyone complaining about this opportunity has to have their head examined IMO.
