Actually it's the same smoke and mirror machine that this pos ticker has rolled out in the past.

But then the average gullible penny "investor" might believe that some QIB's would fork over $600 million for a debt instrument in a company they could alternatively own a majority of the equity in for probably 3% of that amount.
