it looks like Loflin & James Decided to fund this project via GDGI and After restructuring share capital they took the control of gdgi
& holding majority stake in form of notes & common stocks- restrictive and free of restrictive legends... I seriously doubt they came this far just to dump a/s @this level -which will not even cover the investment they laid down.

THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN MAKE MONEY here IS HIGHER PPS
based on revenue generating operations
