That's Oda clearing the deck.

Just as the coming 1:30,000 R/S will do.

Then, when the restructuring is complete, the 30M shares will be released to the Canadian firm. And of course, Oda will grant himself a ton of shares.

And then the dilution will commence.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
