My questions: I was wondering if you could shed some more light on MCW'S relationship with VIVAKOR. The reason I ask is because if you look at their website their oil sands extraction is eerily similar to yours (MCW). Is this MCW'S tech that has been licensed and shared with VIVAKOR? and also one google search of VIVAKOR and their leadership is not promising as their CEO Matt Nicosia has several complaints of past companies where he has mislead investors and customers of his products. Has MCW done their homework on VIVAKOR . When will oil production start up again and is/how is the company making any money right now?

Paul's Reply :Hello Daniel:

our relationship with Vivakor at this time is basically that they are the operators of our plant. Their crew will operate our plant and will report to our Chairman and the Board. We are not sharing our tech with them. And, they are not necessarily sharing their tech (for their mobile plant) with us. We are using their small (250 bbl/day) plant to augment our daily production. It may not be hooked up at all once we expand with our 2,500 bbl/day plant.

We have not licensed our tech to them.

Their tech is different, but I cannot back that up at this time because I’m in the middle of requesting more info on their tech for inclusion on our website.

I am aware of some of their CEO’s past antics (and not really impressed, to be honest), but using them due to their extraction experience in Utah is the less of two evils.

I understand that we are just over 100 bbl/day while we get things in order on our lease site. This will be increasing once everything is hooked up. Three of our directors are headed to Utah next week, just to confirm all is well. At this point, due to the slumping oil prices this last 8 or 9 days, we’re basically marking time (read: breaking even).

If you want to read a research report on MCW (just completed today, please go to our website…tab: Investors…sub-tab: Reports and you’ll see an interesting perspective from a New York research company. And, if you haven’t already done so, add your name to our mailing list so you’ll get releases and reports like this immediately.

Thanks much.

Regards,

Paul
