BTW just so you know. Even if HJOE were to win the case against KBM with their criminal usuary defense it doesn't necessarily mean KBM would charged with criminal usuary. One is a civil suit and the other would be a criminal offense. Looks like I'm not the one who doesn't understand New York usury laws.
