It appears our best in class license team is loaded with idiots.

Why any sane person would ever install Most Favored Licensee is

hard for the average person let alone a attorney understand why

any fool would do this? I think we the investors realized the

stupidity of this years and years ago yet our intelligent legal

team didn't have the brains of a pizz ant to get rid of this

clause. Hopefully this MFL clause will be eliminated from any

and all agreements and we can move on.


It is a shame to have such smart engineers and idiots for legal

and license team. One would think this group should be of the

highest degree of competency, but I am afraid they had people

that didn't have a clue what they was doing.
