My best educated guess was that Martin and Quirk had a falling out after JP Carey and Carpathia had notes converting and no bid to dump to. Scott and the other silent behind the scenes exec that resigned are close and have been together in penny stock companies for as long as I can remember.

We may never know what happened but what is obvious is that Quirk isn't in the band anymore. Martin is listed on both FPFI and Harvest Soul, LLC. so I am thinking that the 2 companies are still related, and lets not forget that Martin was also with the bunch that started PREP, the food kitchen where our production was taking place.

This one may rise from the dead after all. I am not saying we are going on a party cruise or anything but we could at least end up with some weekend beer money finally.
