Not only is it not a joke, but everything these crooks have said, no matter how insane, they have followed up and done. Each time the shareholders are the ones that gets the shaft. They sold millions of dollars worth of Series A Warrants that now needs to be converted into 750 billion shares by the holders. Now they are raising the A/S so that the warrant holders can cash in. However, this POS stock will be completely dead or shut down by the sec well before then.
