I hope you are right that people won't touch this POS this time. I don't consider myself a Newbie and owned stock in this company before the two recent reverse splits. I ignored their filings and approvals of the two recent Reverse Splits. I know what reverse splits can do and thought that they would stop after the first smaller 7 to 1 reverse split because I thought that the second 20,000 to 1 reverse split was unbelievable and thought they would never do something that insane, but they did it. Now they are voting to raise the AS from 5 billion to 750 billion, which is also insane, but people are still buying this at no bid. Many of us who got burned have been on here trying to warn people about this scam and they think we are goofballs. I guess people will have to get burned before they learn what we already know, that this is a huge perpetual toxic scam and a sure way to lose your money.
