If you want to see increased volume I think you need to see the

stock trading over $60.00. I think that is a key area to get

shorts attention as well as future longs. The fundamentals say

the stock is dirt cheap but many are waiting to find out what

is happening with Huawei and LG, both of which we expect will

license and pay back payments. The rest will hopefully fall in

line and pay or more court is in line. Microsoft/Nokia in my

opinion is a damn fool to risk treble damages just because they

say IDCC wanted to much for their patents.
