Given that this is a sub-penny stock trading in the triple zeros, arguably it may not "affect the stock" any more than the current overall status of the company affects the stock. (No app yet; incomplete website with plenty of typos in it; no working email address; in default with NVSOS.)

Lack of timely filings does diminish one's hope of improvement. But this probably isn't the first time NECA has fallen behind on its filings.
