When someone owns that many shares, its impossible to sell all of those shares at once at the high. This stock has never sustained any kinda of substantial sp increase. This was .08 months ago and never sniffed it again. Not enough buying interest and the average volume reflects that. Having a few hundred thousand shares being thrown around isn't even a day traders dream. It would be hard to day trade with crap volume.
