so how much confidance can investors have in ANY company when the management of ANY company puts out "loaded" PR's specifying that a BIG DEAL is being worked on, to be completed by a "specific date", only to "back off" and rearrange the narrative when that "specific date" fails to materialize in the boasted about result ?
