Doubtful seeing as fsnr is most probably in default on its loan for CTR and might be foreclosed SOON! Forget about taking offers, buying this sick pos on the bid is quite dangerous. If the next Q doesn't show significant net revenues, sub 2 cents immediately and then sub penny heaven. Be careful out there.
