Well for most that are really interested in the question of AEGY's status it is more than enough.

The Alternative Energy Partners Inc. that is dissolved in Florida happens to have the same exact name, address and CEO as the "company" behind the stock ticker AEGY.

And there is only one "Alternative Energy Partners, Inc." that was registered in Florida.
