Edward Winthrow III
I'm not sure if that Indictment was ever posted because it was sealed for a while.

When I was doing research on AZFL which was another public ticker set-up by Edward Winthrow III I read that Complaint pretty thoroughly.
As well as the SEC Complaint

I used a couple of sections from the two Complaints in my AZFL research:
Why no charges ever came from the AZFL scam I don't really understand. The Complaint makes it pretty clear that Winthrow was hiding ownership of shares in AZFL.
Marco Babini is close friends with Luis Carrillo and lives in Vancouver. I'm not sure if Babini ever got arrested. EDVP was such a dirty shell. Luis Carrillo was involved starting in 2007. Harry Lappa in 2009. Richard Weed in 2010. Then of course Winthrow III and Babini in 2012.
Edward W Withrow III is lucky that EDVP is all he got busted for especially considering his involvement in AZFL and PTRN which was named in a yet another Criminal Indictment against Gregg Mulholland.
