Theyve had way too much time to work out those numbers and get them filed. besides, as has been pointed out, the refi does not affect older Qs.

Filing even 1 Q would be an incredible show of good faith yet they cant even accomplish that. They could file an older overdue one and make a statement regarding the future, which would actually hold some value, but they fail to do even that? They are simply hiding because there is no truth to their claims. PR claims I might add, which are meaningless.
