Did Helix TCS just steal CSAX's customers?

Helix just bought Cannabase. last year in July, Cannabase and CSAX formed a partnership.

Does that mean CSAX is about to be kicked to the curb since their role was to provide "transport that not only ensures safe delivery of product, but will be the consummate example to law makers as to how armored transport services should operate when moving marijuana from point A to point B."

But that's what HLIX does already.
