Kiamesha Lake, NY, July 18, 2016 - Boreal Water Collection, Inc. (OTC: BRWC), an established water bottler of premium private-labeled bottled water products tailored for each client’s particular need, today issues the following updates.

Boreal has successfully negotiated with BB Development XXVIII, LLC that it has until September 1, 2016 to close the purchase the 130 acres Alpine Spring property. Boreal has already put a deposit in January to lock in its first right of refusal and is presently searching financing to be able to close this purchase.

Management is presently in discussions with several investor groups for their participations in the growth of the company.

Also Boreal has received more orders from China for its Baby Water. The Chinese market is accepting more and more “baby water”.

Boreal has filed an opposition to the Civil Complaint to foreclose on the mortgage from Red Woods Investments, LLC. Boreal is actively searching financing offers to refinance the mortgage on the plant.
