Did Helix TCS Buy Interest in CSAX?

Last year in July, you formed a partnership with Cannabase:

Cannabase is a private company. Last week, Cannabase was bought by Helix TCS, a publicly traded company (HLIX).

Or, does that mean CSAX is about to be kicked to the curb since your role was to provide "transport that not only ensures safe delivery of product, but will be the consummate example to law makers as to how armored transport services should operate when moving marijuana from point A to point B."

But that's what HLIX does already. Did HLIX just come in like Lucky Luciano and cut out the middle men, you guys?
