By fabricating info about this company and its current MotoPed status. Company is going BK, MotoPeds is getting transferred to another LLC, KS Lottery bikes not delivered, MotoPeds not selling (although there are 7,200 build ride members, videos by owners, videos by TV commercials, bikes popping up all over the world), denying current video of bikes being built, not understanding SC's have to be spun-off to separate the assets in the legal world, blah, blah...

Who cares that they couldn't pay $22k a month anymore for the Cerner property? Heck, they should have moved to cheaper digs as soon as they received the Cerner money.
