What's the holdup?? It's been 9 months since the RS. Why wait since the intention is to sell shares and RS again. You make no logical sense in your assessment of SoOum.

they'll take all the gains as they screw you with 100 times more shares issued than were public prior to 6 months ago. After that slam job they'll issue the other 4.4 billion left to issue
