Float was 4.9 million after RS in the end of 2015 and is now 63 million. But somehow that isn't dilution? Common share holders by that easy math alone should have lost 92% of their value. Oh wait the stock is down 93% since it opened back up at .05 in October of 2015. STINKFISH
