(TSPG), a diversified technology company, is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement to allow it to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission to comply with reporting standards and that it is near completion of an audit to begin financial reporting in accordance with referenced provisions. The Company has raised $275,000 to complete all plans to report financial results and to launch new business initiatives focused on staffing, project management and technology supporting expansion of these business lines.
The governmental legislation, reporting, benefit and compliance hurdles have become burdensome fixed costs for many growing mid size to larger companies, and TGI is developing a job board technology, smart phone application and in midst of development and broker network to allow the launch of a technology, support and personnel offering it believes will leverage the historical connections and potential customer base of management.
