I have been following this company for over 15 years - I have spoken to IR and the "insiders" he speaks of many times before- none of this is news to me. I have also read all the annuals and PRs in between over a long, long time.

But you are correct I mis-wrote. I meant Chairman not CEO - the chair is S. Fuda he is the largest stakeholder by far with 10 times the shares of Joe - S. Fuda is 80 years old. My point was that the largest "insider" has the most motivation to sell and move on...and everyone else owns an increasingly small amount of shares vs. the outstanding (now exceeding 200M).

We will see how this shakes out. Hopefully another pop to sell into like we had a couple of years ago. My point is that this company could never sustain a higher share price. And you don't have to take my word for it - just look at a max chart and you will see what I was saying, which is just that other than some short lived spikes it has been down and down with more and more dilution...forgive me if I tire of "this time will be different". OK.
