The impaired goodwill is almost 2 yrs old. It was "acquired" & "impaired" within a span of a month or so. We're waiting on financials to see how much revenue was generated and uplisting to QX after the acquisition is closed. But management has made it clear that closing with Western Grade is #1. Then they plan to become current and uplist... all in that order.
