The normal volume is around 2 million. On two separate days it jumped to over 6 million. Once while at .46 it dipped all the way to .36.

If you check orders large quality of shares traded hands. No one has 3 or 4 hundred thousand to lay down but institions. Either planning on break out or get out.

If no news by Wednesday be warry. Cully does not have share holders in best interest. Had an offering in first quarter even after telling investors "funds sufficient for all future testing." Did it to allow institutions to buy in at mid .20's price.

Hope I am wrong, but has not done anything to help shareholders ever.
