Eddie done got schooled by investors on how business works, so he conveniently disappears.
He only comes around when he wants to dump shares on the clueless.
Eddie has been asked about the current share count and all the magically disappeared debt in Linduff's term which will be returned to further weigh down investors future, yet Eddie does not answer the questions. All the shares and debt will magically reappear IF Eddie ever bothers to file with the authorities.
It's tough to do any DD when the transfer agent is purposefully chosen to not give out the numbers and the otc is purposefully delayed for quarters.
Eddie claims the name of his likely fictitious useless software is 3D-ID, yet when searched for, hundreds of thousands of hits appear, none of which are associated with 3D Eye Solutions.
It's going to be mighty hard to get any name recognition when the name already exists in countless iterations.
This scam has NOTHING going for it except stuckholders who will go along with the Vakser lies in hopes of getting out alive and leaving a new round of stuckholders to sucker the next round...
Perhaps a better brand name for the alleged software would be TurdeyeD!!!
