It's amazing the sec allows the companies to legally steal from investors. They file with the invalid information and get away with it. This company/scam has me very frustrated. Not only do I have over 2k parked here but they are lying about everything too. I refuse to sell and take the loss but now I fear they will stay silent until they delist and cancel shares.

Does anyone know how money it cost to file a fraud case against a stinky pinky? And where do I start? Who do I turn to. All about losing a couple grand I will spend up to another 500 filing suit. TIA
