So does this mean their June 17th meeting is null and void since it occured in June and not April or May?

They're saying "On March 25, 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors adopted Amended and Restated Bylaws (“New Bylaws”), which became effective immediately upon adoption and replaced the Company’s then-existing Bylaws (“Old Bylaws”)."

But it kind of gives you pause for thought as we still haven't reverse split to this point.

Could happen anytime, but still wondering why it hasn't already.

Hope is all I've got at this point, so I'm going with that.
