For a discussion
how does this ratio work?

There are around 36m shares outstanding.

We know that current shareholders shares are in this 36m.
Where does the new owners shares come from?

Do they increase the outstanding to around 100m: current shareholders still get the 36 and they, new owners, get the other 60m plus?

Just curious??
