my question is - coupled with menon's son not listed as a 5% owner on nano antibiotics and menon not listed as an investor on the above and ehrlich is, is it significant?

The latest information from NNAB appeared to be that none of the Menon family are five percent holders in NNAB, nor is Leo. Only Elliot Ehrlich was mentioned. This is in contrast to there having previously been several Ehrlichs and several Menons as larger holders in NNAB. I'm too lazy to look up the old numbers.

The only thing which I can draw is the obvious, that those folks hold fewer shares and that they MAY have sold those to the new management team and investors - except for Elliot, who still may have reduced his shares. They also MAY have been the source of shares which have been sporadicaly available lately.
