1) I have a worthless trading company "A"
2) I buy a worthless trading shell company "B"
3) I create a worthless subsidiary of "A"
4) I box the shares of "B" to a value of $5.00/share.
5) I sell subsidiary of "A" to "B" for 10M shares ($50M)

Viola! in 5 easy steps I have created $100M of claimed assets.

Company "A" now has $50M worth of "marketable securities" assets
Company "B" now has an asset it just bought for $50M

Meanwhile I sell shares in both Companies and put $Millions in my pocket.
