I agree, unfortunately it appears only 1 person has been able to speak to them on a regular basis. I have not even had a reply after several emails over the last many months. I have been hearing news is around the corner since buying this 11/5/15 at a recommendation.

I drank the kool-aid then an been stuck here at no bid 0001 since.

I stick to drinking coffee now.
