$CGE Energy: The New Kid On The Block With An Impeccable Past

It's all coming together. Watch for this to pop at any given time.

Here is an excellent article from a year ago when everything started getting nailed down in stone.

CGE Energy: The New Kid On The Block With An Impeccable Past

CGE Energy (OTCPK:CGEI) has a long history in the field of energy management, being one of the first fifty Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) in the nation. The CGE Energy team has worked in the alternative energy industry since 1989. To meet the energy needs the world is facing today, the company has re-emerged as complete energy solutions provider and newly publicly traded company.

With a well-seasoned team of energy professionals, CGE Energy has the experience, knowledge, and determination to take CGE Energy to new heights in the energy sector where other industry competitors fall short.

In 1998, the CGE Energy team implemented and completed the first lighting project for the State of Michigan Capitol Complex. Since then, CGE Energy has completed multiple state facilities because of their quality of work and attention to detail. At the capitol complex, CGE Energy's team members reduced the State of Michigan's energy use by 62%, which equates to $4,750,000 over a 10-year period. There were 34,619 fixtures upgraded in the project scope. The upgrade affects over 1,631,796 square feet across eight of the Lansing site's buildings, which were originally constructed between the 1950s and 1980s.

CGE Energy believes that reducing consumer consumption is the first step towards energy independence. These measures will reduce a facility's carbon footprint and wasted energy use that puts excessive demand on the grid. By being a good steward and reducing a facility's energy consumption prepares the facility for further energy advancements including, but not limited to, wind and solar applications.

To reduce consumption, CGE Energy brings superior energy efficient technology to meet its customer's unique interior and exterior lighting needs. CGE Energy has partnered with American-made manufacturer Cree LED (NASDAQ:CREE) to provide high-efficiency lighting upgrades, guaranteed to cut lighting energy costs by 50% or more. Cree is recognized as the world's leading producer of high quality LED lighting whose technology brings an unmatched 10-year warranty and true-to-life color rendering.

CGE Energy offers affordable, custom solar panel installations that will reduce your energy costs and help support the environment. CGE Energy is a Authorized Project Developer for SolarWorld (SWVKF), the largest U.S. solar manufacturer for 40 years. SolarWorld is uniquely recognized as America's solar leader. In this strategic partnership, CGE Energy and SolarWorld have collaborated on the development, design and construction of solar PV projects across the nation.

Beyond these strategic partnerships with Cree and SolarWorld, CGE Energy has been hard at world developing a world-leading product of their own. Their patented WIND•e20 is an innovative vertical-axis wind turbine designed for on-site energy generation. For clients with adequate wind speeds, the turbine can produce up to 65 kW of energy, which makes it ideal for individual commercial buildings, small businesses, schools, municipal facilities and more. CGE Energy safely and seamlessly integrates the WIND•e20® into any facility's existing power infrastructure. At 105 ft. in height, the turbine can be installed without the assistance of a crane for a minimal operational footprint. All power components are modular and easy to access from the base.

YMCA and JCC of Greater Toledo (YMCA) have taken the steps towards energy independence. In an August 6, 2015 OTC Disclosure & News Service press release, the YMCA signed a Power Purchase Agreement with CGE Energy. This was developed under the YMCA and CGE Energy's preceding Master Agreement, which acts as the platform for the organization's' collective vision for sustainable YMCA facilities throughout Michigan and Ohio. The first phase of the PPA's installation is a 511 kW solar PV array at YMCA Storer Camps in Jackson, Michigan. CGE Energy collaborated with their partners SolarWorld to provide the campus with the cleanest and best PV products for reliable energy generation for the next 25-years. Also part of the Storer Camps project is the installation of nearly 1,000 Cree LED lamps and fixtures.

Once installation is complete, YMCA will be purchasing clean power produced at their campus for 10% less than they are currently paying. The non-profit is already partnering with corporations, utilities and other sources to increase their PPA discount rate to 100% for true sustainability. "This PPA enables YMCA Storer Camps to be the world's first outdoor educational campus to be Net Zero in their energy use," says Glen King, Chief Development Officer for YMCA of Greater Toledo. "We are attracting the future workforce of inventors and innovators that will be inspired by our world-class STEM [science, technology, engineering and math] total-immersion learning environment."

When CGE Energy's WIND•e20 wind turbine manufacturing is complete, Storer's main campus along with a 40-acre field are identified as the locations for multiple turbines. "These Power Purchase Agreements are part of a larger vision," says Bryan Zaplitny, President/CEO of CGE Energy. "Sustaining the mission of YMCA impacts the lives of students in many ways that the energy savings will never speak towards."

Burtek is now re-running the in depth analysis and simulations to verify final material strengths necessary to meet the WIND•e20's 20-plus-year operating life, stringent safety requirements and energy production specifications. This final engineering check will prepare the WIND•e20 for cost effective manufacturability and mass production.

Burtek is a world leading and industry recognized full-service design, engineering, and manufacturing organization. This 5-star military contractor has recently acquiring two other well known, complex precision-fabrication entities- Process Fab, Inc and Votaw Precision Technologies- to further increase Burtek's capabilities.

CGE Energy has released its Consolidated Financial Statement for the three-month period ending June 30, 2015. (The Consolidated Financial Statement in its entirety can be viewed at www.otcmarkets.com/stock/mkby/filings)

In the statement, CGE Energy profited $172,553 from gross sales of $1,780,391 in the fiscal quarter. This reflects the very first quarter filed as a publicly trading company.

CGE Energy signed new long-term Power Purchase Agreement contracts during this period. As of June 30, 2015, unbilled revenue of all long-term contracts is $4,623,916. Future long-term contract revenues are an ongoing annuity for the company and are not reflected in current sales numbers reported in the financial statement.

"Our financials reflect large growth of our long-term portfolio this quarter," said Bryan Zaplitny, CGE Energy's President and CEO. "In addition, the performance of our Chicago office is exceeding expectations. We just began a high profile project installing Cree LED lighting and electric bus charging stations at an airport which we will detail soon."

CGE Energy anticipates opening several additional midwest locations in the near term.
