Sorry FDAHunter, I guess I did insert my opinion. The unfathomable warrants are a fact. The increase in the AS is not yet fact, but they are voting on it on August 2nd. The purpose of the vote is a fact. It is because they don't have sufficient shares to cover their outstanding obligations, the unfathomable warrants. I am sure most agree that the warrants are unfathomable since the shareholders are voting to increase the AS from 5 billion to 750 billion to be able to cover the outstanding obligations. I guess you are right that I am also inserting my opinion regarding the potential for another RS, but if historical record is accurate, this isn't much of a stretch either. The company has done three (3) reverse splits in slightly over a year, a 1 for 5, a 1 for 70 and the last one was the worst, a 1 for 20,000. They also had 3 other reverse splits prior to the last three. So if recent history is any indication of what these con men are doing, an RS is highly likely. Sorry that I inserted my opinion based upon factual and historical information. What is the factual basis behind the information that you posted? GLTA.
