Spoke to him yesterday, caught him on his office phone.

I told him who I was and he said something along the lines of "it is with the attorneys right now, I can't give you any more information than that"

I asked him if he spoke with the people at BE Capital since they just filed the 13D he said "I really can't discuss that with you, but I hope you will be getting more information soon".

Not really surprised with that information. Good to get confirmation of Braziel and his partner are in contact with Berke. I think we just have to wait out Braziel getting this ironed out.
