Boggled!

Other cellulosic ethanol company's technologies based on various types of enzymes still do not seem to be settled in their effectiveness and economic viability. Meanwhile, the Bluefire/Arkenol concentrated acid process was fairly well tested over several years at Izumi, Japan, on a pilot plant basis, and according to their website report, it does seem to be viable.

Do you really think the several dozen "currently operating, full commercial scale, cellulosic ethanol producing plants in the US" .....

... all went through the entire progression from
-bench scale
-pilot scale
-full commercial scale
-in operation for years now

... do not seem "settled" in their technologies

... when compared to the current status of Bluefire??

You know, the folks that talk big hopes but are teetering with bankruptcy and have no current production ... as in ZERO production of cellulosic ethanol

That is sn interesting opinion
