Thanks for the color. I should have just provided the analyst quote I am in question to. Here it is.

Evercore ISI analyst Umer Raffat said the market is under-estimating what the Angiomax decision means for Medicines Co. (NASDAQ: MDCO).

"There are 2 issues in a patent litigation: validity and infringement. Today's ruling appears to clear up the case for validity. Infringement inquiry needs to happen (along with some additional proceedings on on-sale bar)," he commented.
