You have, due to the noted restriction minus Zhang's 2.6 million share locked, permanently frozen, virtually eliminated from the outstanding. even that the whole is 20.8 mil, lose that because it no longer exists as a pliable, or malleable function in the share bank and market.

So, valuation of the whole in all previous reports is based on -Zhang which is: 12,911,460 - 2,669,357 = 10,242,103 are freely tradable or may be considered as worth, valuation in the whole of the market.

Now suddenly, out of the blue: 18,136,503 - 12,911,460 = 5,225,043 + 10,242,103 = 15,467,146 / 3 = 5,155,715

more than 1/3 of the whole company just got reported 'missing' "5,225,043"

I.E. whatever valuations noted previously, knock off a minimum of 33%

It's a numbers game, either ya understand how to use it or you lose, [wink] That's WTF I'm talking about.
