INVO Bioscience is an SEC Registrant filer. The company did not file a FORM 15 to deregister from the SEC so the company is still obligated to file ALL Financials to the SEC, not OTC Markets.

It is irrelevant that IVOB trades on the OTC because many SEC reporting companies trade on the OTC.

INVO Bioscience Inc. hasn't filed any financials since 2011. The SEC has suspended and then revoked the registrations of 1454 stocks that were similarly delinquent. Perhaps the company could be sent a copy of my post linked below to demonstrate to them the severity of their reporting delinquencies.
